Doug has many years' experience in international medical education partnerships, leading curriculum licensing and advising on curriculum development in Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Singapore.
Professor of Health Psychology and Health Psychologist
Professor Lucie Byrne-Davis is the interim director of medical education partnerships, chair of the curriculum committee and lead for behavioural and social sciences in the Manchester MBChB.
She is a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences, Principal Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy, Chair of the British Psychological Society Division of Health Psychology and sits on the workforce council of the Psychological Professions Network in the North West.
She co-founded and is the behavioural science lead for The Change Exchange, an internationally renowned project translating behavioural science to enhance health professional education.

Professor Jo Hart is Head of the Division of Medical Education. She is a past-chair of the British Psychological Society Division of Health Psychology, Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences and a Principal Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy.
Professor Jo Hart is co-founder and health professional education lead for The Change Exchange – an internationally renowned project translating behavioural science to enhance health professional education.

Dr Ruth Bromley is lead for ethics and law in the Manchester MBChB. She is the chair of Manchester Health and Care Commissioning, the partnership between Manchester City Council and NHS Manchester Clinical Commissioning Group.
Consultant Psychologist and Senior Lecturer
Dr Robina Shah is Director of the Doubleday Centre for Patient Experience, and has been the High Sherriff for Greater Manchester. A 3D sculpture of her was commissioned in 2018, as she was voted as one of the Heritage Open Day’s ‘Extraordinary Women’.

Professor Kurt Wilson is lead for prescribing in the Manchester MBChB. He is the chair of the international Prescribing Safety Assessment board and co-chairs an innovative project to integrate Electronic Patient Records into undergraduate healthcare education.
